Polyether block Pebax® MV 3000 SP 01 resin is a thermoplastic elastomer made of flexible polyether and rigid polyamide. This hydrophilic grade when extruded into either a thin film or laminated on to a substrate offers excellent permeability to moisture vapor while remaining waterproof.

This SP grade is specifically designed for outdoor application that needs excellent weather resistance properties.

Packaging:

This grade is delivered dried in sealed packaging (20 kg bags) ready to be processed.

Processing conditions:

- Cast Film - Typical melt temperature : 240 - 250°C.
- Blown Film - Typical melt temperature : 190 - 210°C.
- Coating - Typical melt temperature : 240 - 250°C.

- Drying time and temperature (only necessary for bags opened for more than two hours): 4-6 hours at 70-80°C.
