Rilsan® HT CMNO  is a polyphthalamide produced from a renewable source.

Percentage of renewable carbon according to ASTM D 6866: >65 %.

This grade is delivered dried in sealed packaging (25 kg bags) ready to be processed.

Processing conditions :
- Typical  melt temperature (Min / Recommended / Max) : 270°C / 280°C / 300°C.
- Typical  mold  temperature : 80 - 110°C.
- Drying time and temperature (only for bags opened for more than two hours) :  4 - 8 hours  at 100 - 110°C.
Profile extrusion
Processing conditions :
- Typical  melt temperature (Min / Recommended / Max) : 270°C / 280°C / 290°C.
- Drying time and temperature (only for bags opened for more than two hours) :  8 - 12 hours  at 70 °C.
