Rilsamid® AESN BLACK P110 TL resin is a semi-rigid polyamide with improved hydrolysis and impact resistance.
This black colored grade is designed for tube extrusion.


Main applications:
  • Fuel line
  • Tubing for use in motor vehicules

Pacakaging:
This material is delivered in sealed packaging (800 kg rigid containers) ready to be procesded.

Processing conditions for extrusion :

- Typical melt temperature (Min / Recommended / Max) : 260°C / 270°C / 280°C.
- Drying time and temperature (only necessary for bags opened for more than two hours) : 4-6 hours at 80°C.
