Elastollan 1254 DU is a polyether based TPU

SPECIAL PROPERTIES
transparent, outstanding hydrolysis resistance, low temperature
flexibility and high resistance to micro-organisms
Processable by injection moulding.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
ski boots

OTHER HINTS
predrying: 3h at 90 - 110°C in dehumified air dryer.
Additives have to be dried together with granulate.
max. content of humidity before processing: 0,02%
annealing: 20h at 100°C in order to get optimum properties
