Liability Exclusion
M-Base Engineering + Software GmbH assumes no liability for the system to be free of errors. The user takes sole responsibility for the use of this system under the exclusion of every liability from M-Base; this is especially valid for claims of compensation resulting from consequential damages.
M-Base explicitly points out that any decision about the application of materials must be double checked with the producer of this material. This includes all contents of this system as well as all results of the calculation tools.

Copyright and Database Right Notice
In view of the statutory rights exclusively granted to the makers and creators databases by international laws the following use of this data in the Material Data Center is subject to the prior, written consent by M-Base:

• to transmit and use all or substantial parts of the contents in proprietary databases which have commercial purposes and/or any other commercial media, including encyclopedias in any format;
• to insert, to catalogue and/or to archive all or substantial parts of the contents into electronic databases and/or data networks in order to transfer the content to third parties.

In case of any infringement M-Base explicitly reserves the right to initiate legal proceedings.
